ASB Vote '08
ASB Officer Campaign begins today for 7th Grade and runs through Friday. Candidate speeches will be given during TGIF morning announcements on Friday. Voting will take place during the speeches. Candidates will have campaign posters in the hall and will be campaigning for your vote. Try not to make this a popularity contest.

RESPECT for ALL
This is another reminder to be respectful to all people on campus. It is not okay to say mean things or to make fun of people for what they believe in. Do not lower your own character by being mean. What people believe and stand for is their own choice. It is up to you to change their mind by thoughtful persuasion not bullying or meanness. At this point, I remind you all to be respectful of one another and to appreciate each others’ differences. The CUSD Board’s decision about the mascot at the high school does not give you permission to be mean. From Mrs. Sexsmith

ASB Candidates
Students, some of you are brave and courageous and running for student government office. We applaud you all. We expect all students to be respectful in what they say and do to all candidates.
