Attention all students: CADE is creating an alter for Day of the Dead to celebrate loved ones who have passed. If you would like to add any names and/or pictures of your loved one, please see CADE members at the quad during lunch.

Ocean Guards, Friday 3-4:30
Special festive activity in Ms West's room 10 after school. No permission slip needed this week!

Today is the last day to make a pledge to be drug and alcohol free and receive a red bracelet! There will be no pledging on Friday. Today's lunch activity, weather and Ms. Llamas permitting, will be a water balloon toss.

Shout outs to the students who offered to help set up and clean up yesterday's balloon stomp. It was really nice to see kids care! Super special thumbs-uppy shout outs to you if you were wearing a red striped shirt and helped carry a table, or if you were the guy with the sprained wrist who offered to help carry the table despite your sprained wrist!!! I appreciate you all!

If you participated in the eating contest on Tuesday and forgot to take your sweater with you, come by room 5, because that's where it is.

Lunch money due! If you have ever charged for food at lunch, please pay back the money you owe. No Lunch money? We will no longer allow you to charge food. If you do not have money, you could ask and possibly receive a light snack for lunch. Please, do not hang around the back door bothering other students to share their lunch with you.

Calling all performers! The Glee Club is hosting a "Holiday Variety Show" on December 9, 2010. If you are a performer and want to some stage time, please audition to be in the show. You can pick up an audition form from Mrs. Regalado Yepez in room 33. Deadline for audition forms is Friday November 5, 2010. Please don't delay, there are limited slots available for performers. Come share you talents with us and ring in the holiday season!

Only 2 days left to update your page count with Mrs. G or to guess how many pages we've read this month. And... it's time for some students to join the chain gang. We've got lots to put together and the sooner we get that finished the sooner Mrs. G an add them to the hallway!
