Calling all past and present Ocean Guards!
There will be a special presentation happening this coming Monday during period 3. See Ms. West in room 10 for more information about opportunities to participate!

Spin Club
Are you interested in getting a tough workout? Do you like music? If so, come to the spin room with Ms. Taylor on Mondays from 3:15-4:00 and get an exhilarating work out. Sessions will begin on Monday, October 25. Bring work out clothes, tennis shoes, and a water bottle.

Remember to wear as much red as you can on Monday as it is the beginning of RED RIBBON WEEK (the winner will receive a prize)! There will be an event at lunchtime every day next week to celebrate students nationwide who are fighting back against drugs and alcohol! Friday October 29th is the Red Ribbon Week dance, and the theme is "say BOO to drugs." Hope to see you all at lunch time next week for the fun and festivities!!!

Ocean Guards, TODAY 3-5pm, More Salt Marsh Adventures
We will be working with some of the resident organisms at the Marsh, so wear shoes that can get a little muddy.

Kayaking
Get a permission slip from Ms. West or Mr. O'Hara. You must sign up every week so we can tell the lifeguards how many students to expect! Kayaking is FREE and FUN.

Magic Mountain trip! Today is the final day to turn in your registration.
