Daily Bulletin for Tuesday, May 5

We have started our mother's day gifts and need to complete them. Please join us for Garden Club this Thursday after school from 3:15-4:15pm. We will be finishing our gifts and celebrating the hard work we did while getting our Garden ready for Open House. Special surprise to all members who helped last Thursday.

Ladies and gentlemen, there are some serious illnesses going around. Please do not share food or drinks that have been opened already. Please wash your hands well with soap for 20 seconds or more regularly. Please tell your teacher if you are sick. We don't want to take any chances.

Testing: do your best.
You have worked hard all year. This is your chance to show us all and the state what you have learned. Relax and focus. If you get tired during a test. Take a few deep breaths, wiggle your fingers and head and then get back to it. You will do a great job if you try hard. If everyone tries hard this week, we'll give you an extra long lunch on Friday to play. Good luck.

Teachers please make sure your first period students know where they are going for testing. Refer to the previous attachments from John. Shiells room 5, Leiter OYO, Manos room 4, Meyer room 9.

Washington DC meeting
Anyone going or still thinking of going to Washington DC next year needs to attend a meeting on Wed at 12:30 in room 32 with Mr. J.

Attention All 7th Graders

Teacher Appreciation Scavenger Hunt
This week is Teacher Appreciation Week! Everyday there will be clues given in the bulletin about a "mystery" teacher. The first student to approach the teacher who is being described will receive a treat from that teacher! Good Luck on your search!
1. In Middle School, this teacher was very small & skinny!
2. This teacher wanted to be a Welder after watching a James Bond Movie
3. This teacher's scariest moment was when a bear was trying to get in his/her tent in the middle of the night!
4. One thing this teacher is most proud of is his/her opportunity to move to California!
Congratulations to Parker Medel for guessing Mrs. Leiter as the Monday teacher!

Cheerleader Tryouts:
Any 8th grade students interested in cheer at the high school next year, pick up an information packet in the office on the turn-around. Practice will take place at the high school gym, Tuesday, May 19th - Thursday, May 21. Try-outs will be Friday, May 22. This is a great opportunity so don't miss out. Thank you.
