Semencils
Get your Smencils! Collect all 10 flavors from your science teacher. $1 each

Dance Music
If you have music that you want to dance to for the lunch time dance on December 7, please bring it in by Tuesday, 12/4 to a leadership student, ASB student, Mrs. Kaklamanos, or Mrs. Taylor.

Garden Club
Welcome Back to School after the long weekend, hope everyone's Turkey day was well. Reminder, Garden Club will be this Thursday in the Garden. See you there! Miss C

Student Pick up and Drop off
All students must be picked up or dropped off in the Palm Avenue parking lot. Do not use the teacher/staff parking lot on Carpinteria Avenue and the post office has asked that we do not use their parking lot for drop off and pick up.

Math Club
Anyone who wants to be a part of the Math Team please come to a meeting after school on Thursday from 3:00 to 4:00. The Math Team will compete in the math counts competition later this school year. The team will meet every Tuesday and Thursday in room 8 with Mrs. Reddington and some high school volunteer students. It will be a lot of fun with snacks and games.


7th & 8th grade information:

Homeroom Competition
Thank you to all the classrooms that participated in the canned food drive. Because of your generosity, we were able to collect 341 canned food items for St. Joseph's church. You should all be proud of yourselves. Since we could not pick a homeroom winner for the competition, everyone will get points based on the number of canned food items your homeroom brought in, but, the top winners are as follows:

Way to go Mrs. Foster's class 61 cans!
Tied with 56 cans each Mrs. Swarm and Mr. Hotchner classes.
Mrs. Manos class comes in 3rd with 35 cans.
Surf Club
Surf Club meets today at lunch in Mr. J's room.
