Gabe Caudillo
ASB representatives will deliver prizes to the winners today during SSR
Students, be sure to turn in your Excellence Points on a regular basis. The prize at the 6-week grading period is a free lunch at Taco Bell. You and four other students, along with an adult from CMS, are invited to go to Taco Bell during lunch/SSR and order any item off the menu for FREE! Keep earning those points and be sure to turn them in – the more times your name is in the box, the more chances you have to win!

RAK (Random Act of Kindness)
A random act of kindness is a purportedly selfless act performed by a person or persons wishing to either assist or cheer up a friend or stranger. So, if anyone performs a RAK for you, please fill out a RAK form. There are envelopes with forms inside in every classroom. It's time to give recognition to these kind people in our school!

Student of the Month

ASB is beginning monthly student recognition for each grade. Do you know a student who deserves to be "October Student of the Month"? Do you know a student who has improved in citizenship or grades? Is there someone you know or don't know who has really done better this year in class? If so, please write a letter of recommendation nominating this student. If you have any questions on how to write this letter, ask your English teacher for help. All letters are due by Nov. 9. Please give your letter of recommendation to your ASB representative, Mrs. Kaklamanos, Mrs. Taylor or any ASB officers.
