CMS Bulletin 10/9/2007

Lunch
Students you may no longer eat any meal on the stage or any of the steps.
This will be for the entire month of October. The behavior from that area is not okay. Trash is being left and food is being thrown. Please respect your school.

Dust
Please try not to scuff your feet in the dirt by our track as it puts dust in the air that we all breathe. Use the grass or pavement for walking long distances. Thank you

Chess Club
Chess Club meets Tuesday from 3:30 to 4:30 in the Home Econ. room.
Come and join us and learn how to play or develop more skills if you do play.

Office Phone
The phone in the office is for emergencies only.

Diversity
ANYONE interested in learning about diversity on campus is invited to join Ms. Nunez in room 12 during lunch this Thursday 10/11. Seventh and eighth graders, bring your lunch and hang out as we plan our events for this year. Day of the Dead is coming soon and we need to start planning!

Club Garden
This Thursday meet in the Home Economics Room, we will be harvesting our romaine lettuce and making croƻtons for a DELICIOUS Chicken Caesar Salad, hopefully with special guest chef, Ms. Jenuine! C U there!

Free Lunch

If you think you should be getting free and reduced lunch but are still being asked to pay full price, please see Alfonso Martinez, the registrar in the front office. There still seem to be problems for some people.

Thank You

Thank you so much if you are one of the great people helping to pick up trash around campus, and if you are making sure that trash is in the garbage not on the ground.

Red and Gold Dance

ASB needs students to bring school appropriate, (clean versions) of your favorite music. Please give CDs to your ASB representative, ASB officers, Mrs. Taylor or Mrs. Kaklamanos. Make sure you have your name on your CD. We will be playing your music at the Red & Gold Card Dance on Friday, Oct. 19! We don't have much time. So hurry and bring the music!
