Talent show participants, please contact Mrs. Tito to set up a time to show me your act. Mrs. Tito needs to see them this week. The show is only 3 weeks away. Remember your act can be 2 minutes or less. There are a lot of acts this year so no exceptions. Signed parent permission slips will need to be turned in NOW!
Any 7th or 8th grader interested in going to Washington DC next year needs to attend the meeting tonight in the MPR at 6:30. For questions see Mr. J
Look for Ocean Guards tables at nutrition and lunch TODAY of this week. Bring us your paper lunch tray to recycle and earn a sweet treat! Make your guess for how many of these paper lunch trays we use in an average month -- guesses go to Miss West. Closest to our number wins a prize! Winner announced on Friday :)
"The Free 4 The Weekend writing contest is here! Have you seen the "My anti-drug is..." posters around CMS? Do YOU want to be next star on the wall? Come by room 5 if you'd like to participate in this year's contest. All you need to do is write a paragraph on what you do INSTEAD of drugs and alcohol to get high on life! Go see Ms. Llamas for more information. Some students will have their anti-drug messages in the CMS bulletin during the Free 4 the Weekend celebration in April!"
