ASB Meeting is Thursday in the Art room. Please use "Front of the Line" pass to quickly get your lunch. Meeting begins promptly at 12:30.

The United Way Day of Caring is this Saturday! If you would like to help, a group from CMS will be at the KinderKirk preschool in Carpinteria Saturday morning from 9:30am to 1pm. Or, if you would like to attend the free breakfast and rally, that begins at 8am at the the Page Youth Center in Santa Barbara. See Ms. Llamas for more details.

Magic Mountain is coming! The Club Live/Friday Night Live event is happening on Saturday, November 6th. If you are interested, see Ms. Llamas in room 5.

The deadline for the Fighting Back Drug-Free poster contest is next Wednesday, September 29th. Turn in your pictures to Ms. Llamas in room 5 by that time to participate in the competition. You might win hundreds of dollars for being proud to be drug free!

Join us in room 10 to test out some of the fun activities we will be doing at the Avocado Festival. Everyone is welcome, no permission slip needed for this week.

Kayaking is here!!! Thursday 3-5
See Mr. O'Hara or Ms. West to get a permission slip to go kayaking. We will meet at 3pm at the pool parking lot gate. 6th, 7th, and 8th graders welcome!

CADE Club Meeting: ALL 6th, 7th, & 8th grade students are welcome to join. The first CADE club meeting is this Friday in room 29. You may bring your lunch and eat in Ms. Nunez's class as we discuss this year's events.
