Happy Friday everyone!

Bike riders! ~ Protect your bikes by parking them in the bike rack on campus and remember to lock it up.

Valuables and money do get stolen from backpacks occasionally. Bring only what money you need for the day and keep it on you at all times.

Club Live leaders need to come to room 5 today at 3 pm for the leadership training van! If you haven't already handed in your permission forms, bring them today, or you can NOT come with us. =(

The Day of Caring is tomorrow, Saturday, from 8am to 1pm. Our worksite will be here in Carpinteria, and if you have an interest to help out in your community, it's not too late to sign up! Come by room 5 and talk to Ms. Llamas if you have questions.

Magic Mountain Trip!!! Let me say it again: Magic Mountain Trip!!! It's Saturday, November 6th, costs $50 for students (or $45 if you're a Club Live member), and you need to see Ms. Llamas in room 5 if you want a registration packet.

Surf Club will meet at lunch today in Rm#21(O'Hara)
Kayaking- There are still openings for free Thursday kayaking. We meet by the pool gate and walk to Ash St. We get our wetsuits and kayak out to Carp. reef. 6th graders sign up with Mr. O'Hara, 7th & 8th graders with Ms. West.

Caring candy grams for sale in the lunch quad. Show someone you "care" by buying a candy gram, four for $1.00!!

Last Year's Yearbooks still for sale for the discounted price of $15.00! See Mrs. Kaklamanos if interested in purchasing one.

CADE Club Meeting: ALL 6th, 7th, & 8th grade students are welcome to join. The first CADE club meeting is this Friday in room 29. You may bring your lunch and eat in Ms. Nunez's class as we discuss this year's events.

Christian Club will meet in the Art room on Wednesdays during lunch.

Next Friday Mrs. Guarnero will be posting on the bulletin board across from the library how many pages all of us have read so far. Any guesses? If so, enter your guess by next Thursday at lunch and if you are the closest perhaps you will be rewarded! See Mrs. G. in the library for a guesstimate slip.
