Ventura County Fair "Read & Ride" Program: If you go to the Ventura County fair and you like to read, you could earn up to 6 carnival ride passes. All you need to do is read 2-4 books, write a brief summary, and return the information form with the summaries before July 1st and your passes will be mailed to you during July. It's that simple!
