Special Off Campus Opportunity, 8th grade science students only
The county science fair is next Friday March 9th. It involves awesome tours
and interactive science activities at UCSB. If you would like to go to
the county science fair, see Ms. West soon to get a permission slip.
Space is limited, so the first people that return signed permission
slips will be the ones to go.

AWESOME APRIL ASTRONOMY CAMP OUT!!! 8th grade science students only
Sign
ups are starting now for an awesome camping trip in the Santa Ynez
mountains. There will be cool hikes, an amazing astronomy activity with a
HUUUUGE telescope, and marshmallow roasting contest. See Ms. West in
room 10 to sign up and get more details.

Club Live ~ Hey
CMS, guess who's going to Magic Mountain again??? That's right,
Club Live is going to Magic Mountain again!!! This trip is not limited
to Club Live members only, any CMS student who's willing to pay $50 is
able to go. If you have a season pass then the cost will be $18 for
transportation only. The date for the trip is Saturday May 5th, Cinco De
Mayo!!! For answers to your questions as well as permission slips, come
by room 5.

Baby Chick Play Time, at Lunch this week
Everyone is invited to come
to the CMS garden (by the Art room and Mr. Clinton and Mr. Hotchner's
rooms) to spend a few minutes with some of our new CMS residents, baby
chicks! They need to be held in order for them to become friendly, so
the more students that hang out with them at lunch the better!
